I have lived here in San Marino for 2 years. (Bad Idea!!) If anything breaks, forget about it being fixed. We have a very bad mold problem and they won't do anything about it. I guess years before the sprinkler systems have gone off and now we are really seeing it. Our lease is coming to an end and I'm not renewing my lease. There is no parking in our building. To many construction workers with 20 vehicles to one apartment. Kids running wild in this place. Damaging vehicles, you name it. They are rotten little kids! I do have to admit I think there are some good buildings in this place but I definitly didn't get one of them!! Good luck to you on getting one of the better buildings. P.S. If you really want to rent one. See what building you will be in and scope it out at night to see parking and where the kids are. Parking lots are dead during the day. But around 7 the circus begins!!!

To the intial person making this comment, and all the people entertaining this persons commenting.. I have lived here for several years, and fail to see where Getto comes in sight. This is an apartment complex, and you cannot expect anyone, but the childrens parents to control thier own kids, unfortunately alot of people these days have no respect for others or thier surroundings. Cut the management some slack they can't hold everyones hand for them.

My husband and I went there to check the place out, it was really beautiful, ghetto never entered our minds. We ended up not leasing there only because it was a commute to our jobs but If I worked elsewhere, it would have been my first option. But what you do on any place when checking it out is print out the past problems and bring it to their attention and put it in writing as a contingency that if you have any of these problems your breaking your lease, make them agree to it. I'm sure they will kiss your butt rather than see you leave. That option works for me~!
