I also believe there is some false advertising going on. I lived there almost a year but I was let out of my lease when my child started having breathing problems from the mold. One day I began moving furniture in her room to clean, behind each dresser, toy, or picture frame was a large growth of green mold. I was mortified. When I told the office, they made it seem like I did not keep my daughter's room clean. It's a kids room, there's toys everywhere but nothing that would cause an overgrowth of mold. There solution was to cut out some of the wall and scrap other pieces then paint. I was not satisified. The place was also very dirty and I did not feel safe. The pool area is beautiful, if you don't mind having your youngster watch a bunch of silly teenagers belly flop into the pool, use inappopriate language and make lots of noise. I would never recommend anyone living there.
