I lived at Santa Barbara Landings since 1995. UDRT was the management company and they invested alot of money into improving SBL. They had the best service, best management ever...they even had as company motto "SuperStar Service" which they provided consistently. Last year they sold the property and EPOCH manages it and it is aweful! They let anyone in, no background checks, pools are green, pool chairs are all broken, office staff is horrible. They have no family oriented resident functions..if they do liquor is always invlolved. They stopped having early bird rent contests, no newsletters, nothing..... I pay good money for nothing. I wish UDRT and the previous staff had never left and I will be moving at the end of my lease. What a difference a year can make when the management has no clue what they are doing.
