I have been living here for about 4 years now and this place got bought out and are now condos so who ever can't afford to stay here needs to get out. A 1B/1B 750sq.ft. Is starting at $169,000. Can you believe that' This has been like this for about 9 months no ones buying so we are still here, without a lease. A couple people have been here to look at our apartment but no buyers. I had some light bulbs go out and it took 3 weeks for them to replace them. The maintenance here is busy. Everything is falling apart. Naples is too expensive. Me and my husband are planning to move out of this state. There are no affordable housing left. Every apartment complex has turned into condos. I am warning anyone who is wanting to relocate here. There are plenty of jobs because everyone is leaving to fine affordable housing. Most people work here but travel 60-75 miles a day from here to their home. Crazy, a lot of gas money down the tube.
