I have to agree with me predecessors,
This community isn't worth the cut in price. The management is shady at best, the maintenance crew is for the most part worthless. They actually came into the apartment to snake the drain in the shower with a coathanger, which you might have guessed didn't do the job. The parking is adequate, but I'd rather have to park and walk six blocks than live here.Furthermore, there's absolutely no concept of groundskeeping. Don't look for a nice lush green lawn here, because it doesn't exist. you're more likely to find scrub brush growing in sand.
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I have lived at South Bay 3 years and it has gone downhill steadily in the last year as more renters have moved in. Everything the previous person said is true. Way too much change in ownership and management.
