Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I've been here almost a year and have only three complaints:
1. The one time I had to call about excessive noise late at night, the rent-a-cop called me back (around 3AM) after I'd gone back to bed and then, again, around (3:30AM) just to let me know that he'd taken care of the problem. I appreciate the followup, but not at that hour.
2. Going West-bound on Immokalee Rd can be a bear -- but that's not St Croix's fault.
3. St Croix allows pets, which I don't have a problem with...it's the owners. They DON'T PICK UP AFTER THEM!!!
Management has been incredibly responsive to the two maintenance calls I've made and I've never seen or have heard of any mold problems.
Every resident I've met have been friendly or, at the least, cordial.
I've seen other complexes with better ammenities so you might get a better deal or a better situation somewhere else...but I've been happy here.
