Not crazy about the management

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
Do you mind...
-Moving into a dirty apartment'
-The management office AND company not returning your phone calls'
-Your neighbors receiving better "specials" then you'
-Your service requests not being completed in a timly manner'
-Your rent being increased 10%+ at renewal time'
-Paying for a "gated community" and having the gates left open all day long'
-Having LOUD neighbors'
Then St. Croix is not for you, nor was it for me. Out of all the places I've lived, this is the worst.
