LOST OUR APARTMENT TO A HOUSEFULL OF MOLD. I WAS 8 MONTHS PREGNANT, MY 17 YEAR OLD WAS GETTING BLOODY NOSES, AND MY 2 YEAR OLD WAS WHEEZING. THEY BLAMED US FOR RUNNING THE HEAT. THE WINDOWS WERE DRIPPING WITH WATER. I CALLED 3 TIMES, AND THEY DID NOT SEND ANYONE OUT TO EVEN LOOK....NOT ONE TIME. LOST EVERYTHING!!!!BEDS, FURNITURE, CRIB, DRESSERS, COMPUTER, SHOES,ETC. THEN, ST CROIX HAS THE NERVE TO SEND US A BILL FOR 8,000 FOR BREAKING THE LEASE. HERE TO FIND OUT....OUR APT WAS THE 5TH TO BE SATURATED IN MOLD....COMING FROM THE INSIDE OF THE WALLS TO THE OUTSIDE! AND THE SECURITY.......YEA, THAT IS WHY THE GATE IS ALWAYS OPEN!!

take it from me,having a toxic mold prob.why didnt you get an atty to sue the sh** out of them? i to was pregnant-baby was in NICU the 1st 2 wks of her life b/c of this! granted, it was in my garage, but I do laundry and store everything in there.it's all gone too! plan on moving to naples from weston.thanks for the heads up!!!!!!
