Great Location but....

I've been living there for almost 5 years and summer winds turn from been a great neighborhood to a crappy one ! There is way too much ppl there that gives the community a bad impression ..but there is also good things about it like the service is fast and they are always trying to help you eventhough i think the prices went up way too much !!
