Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
I thought Summer Wind was great. They are just like any other apartment where you have to keep up on them about maintenance but they left us alone and the rent is cheap and really close to everything!! We also got our deposit of $700.00 back, after a two year lease, no problem!
