The staff at Turtle Creek has been both rude and invasive in the year we have rented from them. They do not give any notification of entering your apartment home, nor do they wait for you to answer the door! I woke up one morning to find a strange man "changing the fire sprinkler head" in my bedroom! The management staff is ever-changing, which leaves residents with little security. Also, the appliances are shoddy and unreliable. When I got my new car and neglected (for one evening) to place my parking sticker on the window, I awoke the next morning to find my car had been towed! I was fined $100 for leaving a trash bag outside my door for about an hour while I waited for the rain to subside. However, the maintenance staff took nearly three weeks to clean up a spilled fast-food bag that someone had tossed carelessly in our hallway. I have never experienced a worse real-life nightmare than in the 12 months I have lived in Turtle Creek. I would not recommend it to ANYONE. It is not worth the price.
