I lived in Turtle Creek for Two years. Followed all the rules, never had my car or friends cars towed. Never had a problem with Maintenance or the office staff. The girls in the office were very helpful and friendly. The property was always clean, except for the lazy people who left they're trash on the steps of the trash bin, which the maintenance staff always picked up.

They recently cleaned all the buildings, which improved the look of the property 100%. I also never saw any gang activity. NEVER

I heard the rumors and moved in anyway because I knew people in Turtle Creek.

Im my opinion, the people who wrote bad things, did all the wrong things and payed the price for it.

I would recommend anyone on a budget to move to Turtle Creek. YOu can really save money here.

Over all.... I dont see what all the fuss is about....
