As for the comment on the tearing up of the building, I was there of rthat, right after I moved in infact, and I was not happy, even less when I found out why, I wirk in construction and have for a long time, this place was not built to last, most insulation washed away and was not replaced, that is what the construction was. Management is nice, so long as you pay the rent and the water bill, which they own the water company and the bill is NOT cheap!!

Trash bin always over full

No control over parking, good luck if you get home at 6PM

Drive slow, kids are all over with no parents for the most part

All in all, I am not miserable there, there are much worse places to live

But, I am not renewing my lease, infact paying about $400 more a month to get out

Oh, and don't count on security coming back, don't call with any problems, they won't fix them, and if you renew plan on your renting hicking up about $70 a month every year
