Well, I actually lived at turtle creek for 3 years. If you want a quite place to live this is definitely not the place for you! The walls are almost like paper. My truck was broken into once. Closet and storage space is very bad! The management team in the office changed 3 times I wonder why' The Police are called out regularly especially at night. It is a low income apartment, and you will always have problems when living in a low-income setting. luckily I was promoted with a nice salary increase which helped me get out of that zoo!
