I am coming up on my first year at Turtle Creek and I pray to find ANY other place I can afford so I don't have to stay there. It took months to fill a simple maintenance request (which wasn't even fixed properly) several noise complaints ignored and complete ignorance and attitude from the office staff. My rent will be going up $63.00 if I choose to renew and I'm sorry but for $850 a month there are much better apartments out there in cleaner, quiet neighborhoods. I would not refer anyone to move into these apartments, if you don't have a problem with the noise or filth you'll definitely find you'll have one with the ----- with the horrible additue and managemnet skills in the office!
