I have been providing herbal medication as well as powdered milk to the residents and management at this Section 8, low income (except for my clients) apartment complex. It is easy to make a transaction to bypassers as well as residents. They are willing to pay your price because not that many dealers reside within their community. The management is always looking forward to buy some more and makeing deals with other neighboring apartment complexes such as Arbor View. I have made a great profit from the "crack and pot heads" of this community as you refer to them. They are nice hard working civilians that are just trying to have a good time. As for the description of these apartments its a very social area with many nice ----- and -------- gangsters standing around. Plus lots of beautiful walls with lovly vandal art.

HA!, i gotta admit i found this review funny, not to insult the guy or nothin not my intention but i find it amusing how he made all that load sound good, even though that is not a accurate description of the community though. but lise_2007 is right if you hate it so much why put a yes? Also turtle creek is a quiet clean family oriented community im shure they might have had their issues but not since ive been here, i also keep hearing about this pam person? dont know her i dont think she is there anymore i just met Sandy,Barbara, and a new guy that came in i think his name is jose jesus julio something like that. oh and for the record turtle creek didint open till 97 i found out, so the review above is crap 93-05 huh? wow no wonder you didint ike it here you were living on a mound of dirt for like 5 years before the place was BUILT!
