I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone! In the two years I lived in Turtle Creek my apartment flooded three or four times from the sewer pipes being in such bad condition and I was assulted by two different tenants (one of which harrassed me for 8 months) and NOTHING was done about it. The manager --- is worthless, which is why they can't hold on to a leasing agent or a good tenant! After my second assult by another tenant I went into the office to infrom them I would be leaving and --- tried telling me I would have to pay 3 months rent to get out of my lease! Just FYI to anyone trying to get the hell out of there, that's a lie! Call CJ Communites direct cause the idiot doesn't know what she's talking about! Not that corporate is much more helpful. They were willing to "settle" to let me out of the lease despite the fact that their tenant's husband (they're legally married), who is only a "guest" on the premises, attacked me. After looking into this permanet "guest" it turns out he has a mile long criminal record, has been appointed by the court to seek help for his drinking several times, and has previously assualted another tenant at Turtle Creek! (got to love how exceptions are made for the bad tenants there). I also checked with the county police, they can refer to these exceptions as "guest" all they'd like they are still responsible for them and their actions on the property. Bottom like is they do nothing to protect their tenants, its dirty, loud, and the management is worthless and lazy! I wouldn't suggest it to an enemy!
