When I first got to turtle creek I liked it alot. But after tranfering from a 3 bed to a 2 bed it went quickly down hill. My 3 bed after I was there for a week I noticed roach after roach and I complained cause I have kids and that to me is digusting to live with. They didnt like that but o well. It got so bad I asked for the pest guy to treat other units besides mine and the response I got was we cant so I called code enforcement and they made them. They havent pressure washed the buildings in a long time and they have notieable mold growth on them. I have had my car towed for an unjust reason and --- was very unhelpful getting it back and that cost me 200.00. I would never recommend turtle creek to anyone myself and everyone I have known have sinced moved and they as well as me have gottne hefty bills when we left. --- says we all left our apartments dirty and we know otherwise. That is just another way for her to keep raking in the money for the digusting property that it is. --- acts like everyones friend however she is the most two-faced person you will ever meet. So to everyone who is thinking about moving to turtle creek beware you will get screwed if you move there. Take it from someone you may not know but is trying to look at for others because we got screwed.

To Whom It May Concern: If everyone who wrote in this site would of worry more about paying your rent and helping out on the property, instead of complaining about all the other thing that are going wrong around you then you would not even be on this site complaining about anything. I live here at Turtle Creek Apartments and Love it. It is a great place to live and would highly recommend that everyone live there. The office staff & maintenance are wonderful and always right on top of any problems. It only takes a few people to ruin it because they were either kicked out or evicted to try and bring down a good community. So be careful to look at the whole picture of a great community and what issues really are and don't miss out on a great community because of few bad residents that did not follow the rules or pay there rent and where kicked out. Turtle Creek has been everything I expected it to be and much much more. Come see for yourself don't let this site make your decision for you. You will love the the staff and the community I sure do!
