I am a resident at Turtle Creek. These apartments aren't horrible like some of these other reviews make them seem. When I first read the reviews I was hesitant to move here. But, once I moved in I thought the reviews must have been written by ex tenants who were upset when they moved out. The assistant manager, -----, has always been genuinely nice and helpful whenever I have gone to the office. The leasing agent, -------, is also really nice and funny as well. They both live on property and I think that says a lot about them. The owner has recently moved here as well and she has been making strides to improve areas of concern.
As with all apartment homes, they could use some improvements. I don't have roaches in my home but I have seen a few ants. If you keep your home clean that shouldn't be a problem. Sometimes I can hear my neighbors but that is to be expected in apartment living. Overall, I have enjoy living here. Your home is what you make of it. If everyone would pitch in and take pride in their homes and their community Turtle Creek could be one of the best places in Naples for affordable housing.

I live here too and I agree it is one of the best ghettos in Naples. Heres why..... If you enjoy drugs being offered to you on your pleasant drive to your residence, the ever so popular trip to the trash compactor where there is more outside of the unit than in. Don't forget the tow truck operator that likes to tow your vehicle if you have the permit in the wrong place, park outside of the lines, or have a guest come over for a movie and go to leave and her car is missing during the daytime. The joy of children running around all hours of the night and day, pulling fire alarms and crashing their bicycles into your vehicle without the thought of letting you know that they caused your car damage. The valet car theif service. I leave anything out. Oh yeah the great pool where some parents never thought of a thing called swimming diapers and give you that just out of the bathroom feel and smell near the place. And the great fitness center with high tech, state-of-the art equipment ( For the flintstones era), Don't forget the many households that have multiple families living there and are never questioned by the management because there are 8 incomes to pay the rent on time !! Last but not least the pitter-patter of domestic abuse at the ripe ol' time of 3 am. Yeah you are correct. It is the best place in Naples for affordable housing. Oops I mean upscale ghetto. Save your time and effort and go to Windsong on livingston and immokalee roads. Lower price and more peace and harmony. I will be there soon. Can't wait till my Prison sentence, oops I mean lease is up here...... Thanks for listening. HI --- !!!

I can see the staff has figured out how to write their own ApartmentRatings.com reviews! Seriously, as a tenant you are not allowed parking for a SINGLE visitor as all visitor spaces are taken well before dusk and they will tow you if you park nearby. No exceptions, no alternatives. I had to park 5 miles away and get a ride when I LIVED there.
