I was searching for a place to re-locate and came across numerous ads for Turtle Creek. They false advertise and refuse to honor the ads they post. After they had my personal information they illegally used it and I am now taking full legal action against this company. I have never dealt with such unprofessional staff. They are not educated about the ads they post. They lie to lure new residents in and waste time. Be careful who you give your information to, do Not trust these people with your info. Don't be afraid to tell them what is right. We have a voice, speak your mind and don't let scam artists get away with it!I traveled a long distance to see this place and it was a nightmare. The office has holes in the walls and the laundry area had most of the washers and dryers out of order. The cabinets and drawers were not clean. Very disturbing. I also read in the newspapers that it is becoming more unsafe. Definitely glad I am not living there now! Would Never recommend this place. Beware to all of you searching for a new place!

ACTUALLY MANY PEOPLE COMPLAINED...THIS IS A RECURRING PROBLEM WITH TURTLE CREEK. SEE FOR YOURSELF: http://www.naplesnews.com/news/2008/jul/21/argument-alleged YOU AS A PROPERTY MANAGER ARE PRETENDING TO BE A RESIDENT TO GET PEOPLE TO THINK IT'S GREAT THERE BUT IN REALITY ANOTHER NEGATIVE "WHINER" STATED THAT THEY KNOW YOUR PLACE IS CRAP AS WELL. SIMILAR INSTANCES HAPPEN ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS. WITH THAT BEING SAID I AM NOT RENEWING MY LEASE.
