After dreading the 1 yr lease i am finally done with it, after having my car stolen, one of the maintenance staff broke into my place and stole money and jewelry ( it was in the naples paper) they had the audacity to tell me that rent was going up, up from what the damn rat hole was already almost $900 for a 2 bedroom. All i can say is good riddance.
