This is going on my 3rd year at turtle creek, so far i have had a good experience for the most part. I had issues with parking availability about 1 1/2 years ago but since then it has been fine, maintenance crew is knowlegable and responds well and have had few occassions where it takes them a little while to stop by but overall it is a nice enviroment, i plan on staying at turtle creek until i am ready to buy my own home.
