We moved into Villas of Capri two years ago. Since that time we have had 3 different office staffs and 2 mainetence people. When we first moved here we did not see our apartment until we got our keys. Whomever the cleaning staff was at that time did not do much cleaning, there was stuff caked on the floor next to the refrigerator and stove, they painted over everything on the walls, our screen was broken and when we asked to have that fixed we was told that it was not going to happen, out of the 2 phone jacks in the apartment only one works. The Sheriffs are regualy coming to the communtiy for who knows what. Our A/C unit is a P.O.S when it is really hot and humid outside (summer time) our apartment gets hot WITH THE A/C! We have 2 boys and they can not go outside to play cause the one SMALL playground is on the otherside of the complex and are not allow per managment rules to play anywhere else! There are much nicer places than this, I would suggest to look long and hard if you have the chance.
