A non-peaceful place. Not at all!

It's obvious that when you rent a property in a community you get certain comfort because you pay some money to live there which is supposedly used to cover some of the maintenance expenses. Well, that won't happen there.
First, the quality of the property is just basic. There's no insulation for noise (which is something that you run into everyday) even that it's obviously needed.
Second, if you happen to go to the management office to complain about the peace disturbance that you face everyday, believe me is a waste of time.
Third, a place where money matters above previous references of the new tenants makes you wonder why you won't see an uninhabited unit.
Fourth, probably down the road you might think that you've got to be dumb because you pay the rent yourself while your Mexican or Haitian (do not think I'm racist, I'm hispanic too but for some reason the place seems to be flooded by lowlife people from those countries mostly) neighbor shares the rent with his/her 6 or 8 roommates and that is well known by the management though.
Fifth, the situation is the same with the people living in the sorrounding communities.
And to make the long story short the excuse at the management office is "WE DO NOT HAVE WATCH MEN BEACUSE WE THINK THAT'S NOT NECESSARY".
Lanlords know what the solution to all these the problems. I don't need to bring that up.
My lease will expire this year so I'll leave this place. I firmly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. NOT EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY.
