Stay away from Waverley. Aside from having cops there every other night of the week. The apartments suck. Maintenance is terrible, manager is a cheat. She will keep your deposit and months after you've left you will get a bankers insurance claim that you have to pay. Hidden fees.
Ants everywhere... yuck. If you want to live like a decent person please stay away.
