I moved here in August 2007 and despite all the bad reviews and i cant see that there are anymore problems like was listed before, the management was very accommodating, and maintenance prompt and clean, sure the community has Loud Mexican music playing but after hours it is stopped, the only police that show up here is for emergencies like medical to my knowledge. I get Pest control 1 a month and i have not seen a single roach since i have been here
All in all the place seems to have cleaned up alot since the last reviews of 2005 were posted.

I live there now!! I have lived here for only 4 months - and believe me - THE ROACHES ARE NOT GONE. I would rather hear the loud mexican music than have roaches coming out of my air conditioner vents, microwave, my son's crib, my coffee pot, my porch...basically EVERYWHERE! This is the WORST place I have ever lived. My ice maker has been broken for two weeks and is still not repaired and the office staff are not very good about returning calls. I even went as far as calling their corporate office up north and nobody had the courtesy of calling me back! The price is ok, but you get what you pay for!!! The maintenance staff are FABULOUS...that is all the good I can say about this community!!
