Working class neighborhood, people keep to themselves. Maintenance people are very respectful, helpful and sufficient. Close to stores, the mall and the inexpensive rent make it a great 'First Apartment' for couples or even a single parent. Watch out for those little ants that bite though, they get in frequently.
