overall i enjoy living here. our apartment is very spacious and our neighbors are absolutely wonderful. it is a pleasant community. it's mostly families, so there are tons of kids living here.

we've been here over a year now. the first year was a dream come true as far as apartments go. maintenace has gotten slack lately. they use to come and fix things right away, as in the same day. our toilet broke not too long ago and it took them three weeks to come out and fix it, and i had to make four trips to the office to get them to do it. also, our tub was leaking into the downstairs neighbors closet and they never came and fixed it. both me and my neighbor went and requested maintanence, but after a month of not being able to use my tub, i fixed it myself.

one of the girls in the office is great. she is always helpful and personable. the other, who happens to be the manager, could use a few classes in developing her people skills. lucky for us she's usually in her office and we rarely have to deal with her.

there is an onsite laundry facility that they keep clean. there is a pool that i hardly ever see open to us. also, there is a gate at the entrance that has never worked since i've been here. why is it there' hmmmmmm...

the area is clean. every morning i see the maintanence men picking up whatever trash was on the ground. even little scraps of paper that most likely fell out of some kid's bookbag. the dumpster may overflow occassionally, but they clean it up within a day.

none of the apartments are overcrowded due to the strick guidelines they have here. only two people are allowed per bedroom. however, there does seem to be a parking issue. i sometimes have to park a few lots away from my apartment because of all the cars. you are only allowed two cars per apartment. we have one car. so either there just aren't enough parking spaces for the guidelines, or people are just abusing it. but i don't mind walking a bit to get to my apartment. the area is well lit so i feel safe.
