I have to say this was a very clean unit. We thought when we were shown a unit that it was a "model" - but nope - they showed us our actual unit. It was so CLEAN! Spotless. We would have thought they just built the unit. We have lived on property for 5 months so far (and just came across this website.) The unit has DSL availability - which is AWESOME! The property it self is very clean. My boyfriend works in Downtown Naples which is about 2 miles away. Perfect for us! Him for work - and me for the beaches. I recommend this apartment complex to my friends and family. AND - Wild Pines gave me $100 off my rent last month when my siter moved in for the referral. They have a sign in the office that gives you UNLIMITED referrals for $100 each! My only complaint - and it is a small one - is the Fitness Center. Again very clean - but no free weights. They have treadmills and stairsteppers though. They said due to insurance reasons that no free weights are allowed. Oh well. At least they have a nice fitness center. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN is all I can say. I am going to tell my neighbors to log on this site and give their personal review also.
