Lived here for 3 years. I would have stayed longer but got married to start a family. Finally get to own a home! Wild Pines actually helped with a small down payment (closing costs) towards my home. The property overall is well taken care of. The staff is solid and extremely easy to work with. The units are small but for a one bedroom and single person it is more than enough space. I would tell my friends and family to rent at Wild Pines if they are looking for a cheap to moderate rental rate. Had nice neighbors how kept to themselves. Only complaint was I couldn't have satelite TV - had to have cable. But dealt with it overall.
