Two years spent in Wild Pines left good impressions. First at all it is great location; just minutes to downtown, beach, grocery etc. It is nice, quiet and well maintained complex. Staff work really hard to make residents satisfied - 2 times immediate response for notified problems. I highly recommend Wild Pines. I and my wife will remember this place well. Thank you Alex, Margarita and operating personnel for the beautiful moments in the Wild Pines neighborhood and thanks for the efforts to make this place so enjoyable.
The rest depends on the people living here.
