Residents quiet and friendly... some apartments have entry on the side of the building away from the parking lot so moving was tough! Stairways leading to upstairs apartments narrow. Small kitchen. Grounds kept decently and clubhouse small but open to all for usage. Has a pool. Not enough dumpster space for all residents... bins were overflowing and smelling for a couple days before trash day. The one plus is it offers one of the few affordable 3 bedroom apartments in Naples.
