Those apartments are full of roaches, the refrigerator & dryer doesn't work. It takes forever to get your deposit back, and they don't tell you that you have to give 15 days notice in writing to move.

15 days notice, your lucky buddy most places ask for 30-60, and in my experience roaches live in apartments with filthy people, maybe you should clean sometime!!!!
