we lived here the from march 07-march 08. the manager changed while we were there but we never had a problem with the old manager or the new. the maintenance guy was super nice and responded quickly. we lived in an apartment in the back so it was quiet with tons of parking and our neighbors were super nice. lots of kids and families and not sketchy like a lot of the bigger complexes we looked at. it is not top of the line stuff inside but for low income we couldnt complain. everything worked fine and it was a lot of space for the price compared to everywhere else we looked and it was super close to everything. the highway 75 not too far from the beach and grocery store. there is a pool but we never used it.
