Sub-standard living is a standard here

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
 
I lived in these apartments for 12 months. While I was here dealing with management was equivelent to severe head trauma. Living conditions in these dilapitated apartments were very similar to a state prison jail cell. When my lease expired, management would not release my records so I could move to another apartment complex.
