Terrible palce to live

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 1999
 
I lived in this dump in '99. The security was horrible.(Weak locks, doors, and windows) The area always had shady people lurking around. Only later did i find out by locals that the place is a running joke a s junky place to live. Do yourself a favor and never even talk to these people.
