I lived here as part of a military contract and I am very sorry to say that I have endured the nightmare of Ocean Oaks. These are some of the most profit driven, selfish people I have ever encountered. After my original lease was completely up and they informed me that I would be responsible for 2 months rent unless I signed another lease. It's true, you can read the lease agreement. Utilities cost me a ton of money because the air escapes so easily out of the cheep windows and the door. I asked that a simple weather strip on the door be changed when I first moved in. A year later it is still broken and I asked for it to be fixed many times. If you have ever been afraid of a bad deal with bad people, this is one of them.
