Ocean Oaks Apartments as a whole, and the Management in particular, is a horribly maintained entity. It has been a displeasure to live there since the day I moved in and I would not recommend it to anyone. The maintenance and management staff enters your apartment at will, with no notice or record of being there. The apartments are old and moldy and in major disrepair. The list of complaints goes on and ON. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! The manager herself refuses to live on site - what more proof of an abominable situation is there''' JUST SAY NO!!!!!!!! aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
