We have lived at Ocean Oaks for many years and although the property is almost 40 years old the office and maintenance staff, who have been there for many years, have always been courteous and helpful. The courtyards are very well kept and are well lit. I do recommend living at Ocean Oaks for many reasons: they are personal, close to the beach and affordable.
