ocean oaks is a joke

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
 
ocean oaks would like to believe that it is a safe quiet little neighborhood. this is completely untrue. most of the people who live there are crackheads and alcoholics. and dont even get me started on the property manager, pam boothe, she is just to easy to insult. im very happy to have left there.
