Great Environment I have live at one of the apartments owned by Ocean Oaks for 1 1/2 years, Oceans Edge. I like the environment at Ocean Oaks, but love the ability to walk to the beach from my place! If I had to choose one it would be difficult...they are both outstanding properties!

HORRIBLE RENTAL PROPERTY Ocean Oaks Apartments as a whole, and the Management in particular, is a horribly maintained entity. It has been a displeasure to live there since the day I moved in and I would not recommend it to anyone. The maintenance and management staff enters your apartment
