take it from me folks this place is a real serious problem.the owner has so many lawsuits agianst him he can't see straight.they had a very good crew of leasing and management and maintanence as of may of 2004. but then hired a management company called s m a that fired the entire staff and did not know how to run a apartement complex because they were geared for assisted living.so s m a tried to turn this retirement community into an assisted living facility.subsequently were fired as of 11 01 04. now they have a new staff that are in the dark about every thing.watch out for the village harlot that is out of her mind {debbie zebancko] and all of the crazy mental patiances that have been placed at this facility.
