WHY THE DISCONTENT' I CAN TELL YOU! From: suzieq13 Date posted: 1/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   These units are uniquely designed for congregate living. Many folks do not really understand how to live in a five bedroom unit and share a kitchen and living room. The units are beautiful as are the grounds. One of the things that is badly needed however is a coordinator who understands how to merge people into this group living concept. The main reason for discontent is that folks monopolize areas of their living quarters that are meant to be common areas such as the living room/tv or kitchen. Animosity developes among room-mates and they become angry. Someone needs to follow up with the tennants and teach them communication skills or offer mediation for resolution of problems. Most of the frustration heard at the pool area are these issues. Everyone is afraid to speak up. These folks need more than just a bedroom to sleep. They need help adjusting to this lifestyle.
