Great complex! From: nurse1day Date posted: 3/16/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008 1 response   My boyfriend and I moved into the complex approximately 6 months ago and have very much enjoyed living there so far. The manager and office staff have been nothing but friendly and hospitable to us both. Laurie even called me during our looooonnnggg move from another state to check and make sure we were ok. I do agree that you have to stay on the maintenance guys to get things fixed, however, when they do work in your apartment they do it right. The grounds are beautifully kept, even though the blowers do get annoying at 7-8 in the morning :) Our only complaint is from our apartment you can hear everything going on at the bar in the strip mall behind us because it seems like they keep the back door open there. I have recommended this complex to several people I work with and hopefully they will decide to call Ashley Place home like we did!
