MAJOR PROBLEMS

I was originally drawn to this apartment complex, because it was conveniently located close to the interstate. It also was a brand new apartment with new appliances. It appeared to be a safe area as well. Since then I??ve discovered some major and serious problems though. I also had a mold problem in both bedrooms. When I originally moved in I was told that as long as I ran my central air system frequently it wouldn??t be a problem. Well it was all over the windows, sliding glass door, and side walls. I run my air consistently, and leave Damp Rid on the sills to help combat the problem. The second problem is parking. There are not assigned spaces so guests and people with multiple cars can park anywhere. Furthermore people will often leave their cars parked around the corners of the street which makes it difficult to pull out in the mornings and impossible for fire trucks to navigate through. Leaving Glencoe road in the mornings is a nightmare. It??s extremely dangerous trying to head west (making a left) with no light helping you cross the major highway. Lastly I also agree too often there are children playing in the parking lot instead of play ground. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
