DO NOT rent here is you enjoy privacy and a good night's sleep. The walls are paper thin; although the management will tell you there is concrete between them. That is not true, only the floors are concrete. The entry doors are thin and every sound and foot print in the stair wells is as loud as if it were in your own foyer. The parking lot is always full of trash. There is garbage left in the stairwell and just yesterday I walked out the front door to find a beer bottle cap laying at my foot. I have also found condoms in the parking lot. Last week the manager wrote a letter to everyone in this building about the loud noise, late parties, late night coming and going. The parking lot is full of cars with loud mufflers and motorcycles with loud pipes. This week two cars had items stolen out of them and a young little girl was approached by 2 strange men in a pick up truck. Parking is also a nightmare. There are dozens of cars parked on the curbs every night. There is someone to paint and body work in their garage and others that are re-building motors and performing mechanical work on motorcycles and vehicles in their garages. I would not recommend living here under any circumstance!

Wow, I have been living in Lymestone for over a year now, and in my oppinion I think it is a nice place to live. I to discovered mold in my bedroom window, and when I contacted management, they responded that day, and all appears to be gone. But we are in FL, less then 3 miles from the beach, and the humitity, I feel they addressed it promptly. Outside noise does sometimes travel in the unit, but we did rent an apartment in a building that includes in most 12 units not a vault. I have never seen any trash that lingers around the complex for more then a day, and management and maintainence has always responded to tenents behaving badly when I was around to witness it. You have (estimated) 400 people living in this one area, And I believe we are all doing quite well with it.
And I have a child who plays in the complex, and consider myself quite involved with them and most of the parents there, I think we keep a pretty good handle on them. If children playing annoys you, then you probobly should not have considered moving into a family complex. I for one, feels that if you feel violated by my child, find me, I will handle it.
Parking does suck, but there are alternatives, garage - carport. This will eliminate your parking issues.
I do recomment Lymestone, very safe, family orientated, and affordable.
