My daughter lived in this complex and I asked may times to fix the air conditioner and the bugs are terrible . The complex manager did nothing about it. She sits outside most of the day talking. She never cared about the tenents or the property this is pretty sad. You pay for service and get nothing in return. I would never recommend this complex to anyone.

Your daughter was unhappy because she wanted to move in with her boyfriend and she could not get out of her signed lease without paying a penalty. A lease is a legal binding agreement that she should have taken seriously but she felt she should be let out of her lease because she wanted to be. She made up all of the problems thinking she could force her way out.

I totally agree with you, Betsy is horrible. I don't know how many times we got such B.S. about why some things were broke, and why they couldn't be repaired! You should have heard her excuses about the Glade plug-ins falling out because the outlet wasn't made for it! Give me a break! Last time I checked I wasn't 5!
