I live in this complex currently,facing the inside (retention ponds). Overall I am happy here.I live near the volley ball court, which is usable. I have heard that the back of the complex is filled with unruly children and missing parents. Maintnce is quick,friendly, and good.The office staff does change alot and you need to plan on spending more than they quote you to get in a unit. I don't like that you have to get your cable and water thru the office.BIG SPIDERS and armadillos are a common sight here. The entrance gate is broken most of the time and it took 4 weeks to get our gate code working properly.We had our patio chairs stolen from the front porch the second night we lived there, you will see some residents have chained furniture to the house to prevent theft. There have been several times that someone has attempted to enter to my home.
But it is quite where i am at and my neighbors are decent.
They do perform alot of inspections, the quality of housing is decent.
I have recommended this complex to a few friends.Especially for 1 or 2 bedroom units (because those units are towards the front of the complex)
