well the kids are very annoying and do run around without any parents caring where they are.. they dig big holes in the volley ball court and leave their nasty socks and trash in the sand. and when the grown ups really do want to play volley ball the little kids sit in your way on the sand and dont move. the office staff is really nice. my neighbors are nice, but i live on the good side, not the government asst. side. umm.. i wouldnt recommend the pool unless there are no kids there at the time you go. people have tried to walk into my apartment because they thought it was someone elses apartment. parking isnt a problem, and i havent had anyone steal anything of mine. the gate is usually broken. like it is right now. they kind of sucker you into getting cable through them which makes your rent more expensive. rent 56.00$.. there are a ton of ant hills. the inside of my apartment is really nice though i love that part of it. they did keep pushing my moving date back though when i really needed to move in and when i finally got here to move in they werent ready so i had to drive around for 4 hours.
