Have been living here over 1/2 year. Overall quiet and nice place to live. No very big complaints. I had to get maintenance to fix 1 thing and they did it same day! Only problem wit that is that they did it when I wasn't home, so they entered the house w/out me even knowing it, until I saw the maintenance receipt. I have the market price, facing the parking lot. Plenty of room for me & my wife to park. The apartment itself is great! Very clean when we moved it. We have some bugs every once in a while, but most of them we find dead anyways (no cockroaches, just the palmetto bugs & silverfish). Plenty of closet space; roomy bathrooms. Everything here seems very bright in the middle of the day. Great friendly staff! I can talk to Eric for hours! Pool area is nice. Always quiet during weekdays and before 4pm (except summer). Wish they had a hot tub. Location sucks, a bit too far from everything. I live close to the front, so I never see those unruly kids. It has actually been very quiet! I would love to live here longer.
